How to Organize a Fundraising Campaign in your entourage
There are a variety of different ways you can organize a fundraiser on behalf of Breakfast Clubs of Canada. They range from coupon book sales, chili cook-offs, car washes and bake sales, to community garage sales and raffles.
Breakfast Clubs of Canada is all about feeding children a healthy breakfast in a nurturing environment. We would like your fundraiser to reflect that.

- Form a committee responsible for planning, getting sponsorships, recruiting volunteers and other logistics;
- Look at other groups who have held fundraisers in your community to see what has worked;
- Determine what your fundraiser will be, where and when it will be held;

- Look at the resources your group has and use them. For example, if you have lots of hands on deck but little money, organize a cleanup team to do lawn work or house cleaning for contributions;
- Talk to local businesses and see if they are willing to donate facilities or products for your fundraiser;
- Publicize your event through local media, blogs and local websites, posters, handbills on bulletin boards and word-of-mouth in your local community.
